Testimonials
“We have a annual service agreement with Walker to service on security systems. I’d recommend them to any company”
“Brilliant full integrated security system installed and maintained by Walker. Fast response to our enquires. Would recommend.”
The two lads upgrading the system have been absolutely brilliant. Their customer service skills are excellent – they accommodated every customer living in the building. They have done a really good job; they were very polite and cleaned up after themselves every day. Nothing seemed to be a problem to them. They are both a credit to Walker.”
“We are really happy with Walker’s teams work on our fire system. When the wiring proved worn due to its age they gave honest advice and helped us repair and maintain our system.”
Andy Ambrose came to service our alarm yesterday and we are very happy to report his service, attitute and helpfulness were of the highest order. He resolved a number of previous fudges in the alarm control box, gave us very useful advice and with his most pleasant manner he made sure we felt we got good service.
It is rare these days that you as a customer feel you are getting service beyond the ‘tick box requirements’. Andy achieved this and so we pass on to you our congratulations.
“I have been dealing with Walker for about 3 years now and in all fairness, I cannot fault them. Their response has always been speedy and servicing is carried out to a very high standard.”
